• If on Snow Leopard please set Safari to 32 bit mode (select Safari icon in your applications, hit command "I", under general, have the box checked for 32 bit mode.

• Upon uploading do not use the drag and drop feature. Click on the white letter icon with green plus (located next to the "drop files here" box) and navigate to your files that you want to upload.
